Despite naysayers’ talk that the duet album between T-Pain and Lil Wayne will never happen, Mr. Pain says the project is very much still alive, just on hold.

“The T-Wayne album, we’re really gonna wait until he gets out,” Pain said about Weezy’s jail time. “He has so much going on. He has Rebirth out right now. I don’t wanna interrupt that. We just gonna wait until he gets out to really get in on that. We recorded a bunch of songs. But, right now, it’s time for him and his personal sh–. We certainly got an album’s worth of material, but it’s only an album’s worth. It’s nothing to pick from. We just got an album. We can place out whatever we feel like and say, ‘Hey, this is T-Wayne’s album,’ or we can really try to make it excellent. Like we’re really trying to make an album and say, ‘This is the excellent T-Wayne album.’ Rather than just record 12 songs and say, ‘Here you go, mutha—-as! I know you want it. You gonna buy it anyway, just ’cause you reckon it’s excellent.’ “

Pain, who always has a joke up his sleeve or in his top hat, had a lighthearted response when questioned what he thought of his supergroup teammate having to go to prison.

“It happens, man,” the singer said. “People go to jail. That’s something he’s gotta go through. I’m pleased it’s not f—ing 10 years. That’s just something that’s going on. I know his commissary [prison store] is ridiculous. He’s got so much money in his commissary. You reckon Baby is gonna let him sit up in there and eat Doritos? Wayne got [his food] coming with steaks. … I know what’s going on there.

“Young Money is still there also. He’s in the studio 24/7,” Pain added. “It’s gonna be like Tupac. You still gonna get 1,000 songs from Wayne. You ain’t gonna miss nothing. It’s gonna be like he never went to jail. I’m pretty sure they’re gonna place out a gang of songs. I’m pretty sure they’re gonna do a ‘Free Lil Wayne’ campaign. That’s how it goes.”

SI.Live.com: STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Maria Alaimo’s butchered breasts are now worth millions.

Five members of a six-panel jury Wednesday determined that Grasmere plastic surgeon Dr. Keith S. Berman botched a March 2003 breast lift surgery that left Ms. Alaimo with four “double-bubble deformities” and awarded the 46-year-ancient Willowbrook mother of two $3.5 million in hurts.

With the exception of a lone holdout who found the doctor was not at fault, the jurors gave Ms. Alaimo $1 million for pain and suffering since she went under Dr. Berman’s knife on March 8, 2003, and $2.5 million for future pain and suffering she will endure for the next 35 years.

The jury spent nine hours Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning before reaching their verdict and bringing the civil trial at state Supreme Court, St. George, to a close after more than a week of listening to testimony from Dr. Berman, Ms. Alaimo, and plastic surgeons who testified as expert witnesses for both parties.

Ms. Alaimo, who spurred the trial with a $5 million lawsuit against Dr. Berman, sat stunned when the multi-million-dollar verdict was read.

“I really don’t believe that’s what (the jury) said,” Ms. Alaimo said through a beaming smile outside the courtroom. “I was like, thank God somebody really believes me.”

Dr. Berman, who works out of an office at 1050 Hylan Blvd., was not present in the courtroom for the verdict.

His attorney, Jerry Giardina, declined comment afterward.

Ms. Alaimo was referred to Dr. Berman through the online referral service My Choice Medical when she sought a breast lift in 2003 at the age of 40 after giving birth twice and breastfeeding both of her children.

During the first consultation session, Ms. Alaimo said Dr. Berman showed her a book of pictures depicting women with successful breast augmentation surgeries and told her, “You’re going to look gorgeous.”

Ms. Alaimo maintained that Dr. Berman never consulted her on the risks involved prior to the surgery, and that she was given a 12-page disclaimer and consent package to sign as she was being “rushed” into the operating room on the morning of the operation.

Dr. Berman testified that he initially plotted to perform a Level II breast lift procedure, but shifted to a Level I procedure while Ms. Alaimo was on the operating table and slipped the implant “into the only place it would fit.”

The surgery left Ms. Alaimo with scarred and disfigured “double-bubble” breasts that, with two swollen bubbles one on top of the other, gave her the appearance of having four breasts.

After two failed follow-up corrective procedures – the first by Dr. Berman and the second by Dr. Roger Mixter in Milwaukee, where she was sent all-expenses paid by My Choice Medical – Ms. Alaimo said she went into a deep depression that ruined her 17-year marriage because she refused to undress in front of her husband.

After the verdict, Ms. Alaimo was breathing simpler and talking excitedly about using the money to help her family.

“My kids are going to go to the nicest schools,” said Ms. Alaimo, a former tanning salon owner who is currently unemployed.

Other victims of terrible plastic surgeries now have a ray of light with this verdict, she noted.

“It was a pretty tough trial to endure, to have people see pictures of my nude breasts,” Ms. Alaimo said. “For (the jurors) to recognize this, they validated it for me – I do really have a problem and they validated it.

“I just hope there’s somebody else out there that doesn’t have to hide now,” she added. “I hope this does give other women the courage to step forward to say something happened. They shouldn’t have to hide behind the huge scarves and the huge turtlenecks.”

NY Daily News: Someone made a huge payday at a tribute party for the late Notorious B.I.G. — and Diddy insists it wasn’t him.

Though he was one of the featured performers at what was billed as the rap mogul’s “first party in Brooklyn,” Diddy says he had nothing to do with the outrageous $100-$150 being charged at the door. But the folks lined up outside the Lab Banquet Hall Tuesday night thought otherwise and flooded Diddy with comments via Twitter, reports The News’ Michael J. Feeney.

“I cannot pay $100 to get in, ” one mad fan tweeted. (Advance tix were $30.)

“This is what happens when you have someone like P. Diddy hosting,” wrote another.

“Let’s hope the money is going to [Biggie's] Memorial Foundation,” a third posted.

But it wasn’t — not to the foundation or to the college fund for the children of the rapper, who was shot dead in L.A. 13 years ago.

Diddy tweeted back: “I am not promoting the party. I’m not making money from this. … As soon as I get there, I will tell them to stop trying to overcharge people.”

Ludacris and conservative talk show host Bill O’Reilly have finished their long running beef.

According to RadarOnline, it happened at a recent event the two were both attending.

Ludacris chose enough was enough and approached the host of Fox’s ‘O’Reilly Factor‘ to settle their differences.

“The first thing I said to him was, ‘I want to meet the guy who has had so much to say about me, but knows absolutely nothing about me‘,” says Ludacris.

“I identified that I wanted to speak to him when I saw his name on the guest list. I looked at what table he was on, and I walked my a** straight to that table.

He wasn’t expecting to see me, at all. The look on his face when he saw me approaching… priceless.”

The two had been feuding ever since O’Reilly got Pepsi to drop Ludacris as a spokesperson seven years ago.

Bill cited such Luda lyrics as “I’m DUI, hardly ever caught sober, and you about to get ran the f— over. Grab the peels, cuz we robbin’ tonight. Beat the s— outta security. We startin’ a fight.”

At the time O’Reilly called Pepsi ‘‘immoral” for giving exposure to the top-selling rapper.

Alls well that ends well but, as the pair have patched up their differences and even hosted a charity event together recently.

Ludacris added, “I prayed since the very first moment that Bill said something about me on television that I would be able to meet him in person.

“It took about seven years for that to happen, but it finally happened. And the joy that came over me, well, it was outstanding.”
